- Responsible for Setting Kras of Employees .
- Responsible for Timely and Efficiently Completion of Annual Performance Appraisal Cycle.
- Responsible for Timely Delivery of Increment Letters to the Employees.
- Help in Making Policies with Md.
to Prepare Work Schedule of Housekeeping Staff and Ensure Their Deployment as per Schedule On Daily Basis.
- Ensure Availability and Quality of Security & Housekeeping Personnel.
- Cafeteria Management: Maintain the Facility for the Employees in Respect of Tea/coffee, and Creating Hygienic & Stress Free Environment in Cafeteria.
- Ensure the Requirements of Stationary and Printing Material Must Fulfill On Time.
- Hotel & Travel Management: Responsible for Ticket Booking and Hotel Arrangement for the Company Guests, as Well as Responsible for Travel Arrangement for the Employees.
- Analyzing Budget and Manage the Expenses as per Budget Provided.
