Job Description

Office Manager may work for one person or a group of people. In some areas of employment, long hours of work and/or travel may be required.
Personal Requirements
- able to supervise
- good oral and written communication skills
- aptitude for working with computers
well organized

Duties and Tasks
- Look after Day to Day Dispatch for material from the plant.
- Coordinate with head office, truck drivers and transportation regarding dispatch.
- supervise and coordinate activities of staff
- administer salaries and work out leave entitlements, PF,ESI etc
- be involved in staff training and development, the preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions
- maintain management information systems (manual or computerised)
- provide and maintain business premises and other facilities including plant machinery and equipment
- review and answer correspondence

Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
