Job Description

Searching of contractors and agencies as per time to time requirement of project. Gathering data structure and finishing work of projects related to material also. Coordinating with contractors & vendors for quotation and execution work at site. Raising Purchase order and followup for the same till the receipt at site. Record maintenance. Agreement preparation. Coordination with site for Daily progress report. Recruitment of manpower for Project Site.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, Purchasing & Vendor dealing under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Project Director.
Functional Area: Coordination and Secretarial Support.
Desired Candidate Profile
 The candidate must be Post Graduate MBA or Degree / Diploma in project planning & Management, Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management.
 3-5 years of experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of development projects
 Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products
 Knowledge of the building development/redevelopment industry
 Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes .
 Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
 Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
 Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
 Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Job Description
 Attend Project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
 Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
 Prepare project organization and communication charts
 Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
 Track the progress and quality of work being performed by Contractors & Vendors on project.
 Use project scheduling and control too

Salary 2 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
