4.Identifying issues that impact customers and working out on implementing solutions that helps in satisfied customer base.
5.Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively.
6.Participate in business meetings and help develop programs to improve the "support "processes for customers.
7.Managing E-commerce operations related to Phishing, Spamming, Spoofing issues including risk, compliance, billing, charge back, fraud investigation, etc. Availability outside normal hours.
8.Well versed with basics of computers.
9.Good typing speed for chat with customers
