1) Handling Inbound International Voice calls.
2) Identifying the technical issues related to software for US/UK/Aus. based clients.
3) Document the calls to ensure all information is captured.
4) Maintaining secrecy of data.
5) Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.
6) Basic Knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Internet, printer.
7) Should be able to work in rotational night shifts.
8) Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
